Amelia Oller Westerberg has a background in energy system engineering from Uppsala University, Sweden. In 2020, she presented a master thesis where she developed a prototype for a statistical tool that uses trade data to estimate installed PV capacities on emerging markets and focused her studies on PV and energy efficiency. She is the Swedish representative in IEA PVPS Task 1 and has performed additional PV market and policy analyses for Swedish market actors.
