The European PV industry continues to announce manufacturing expansion, coming from existing actors, as well as newcomers, some promising projects have been on display for the Solar Manufacturing Accelerator (SoMA), early July. Most promising are the announcements these days of Meyer Burger switching to manufacturing, and Voltec Solar partnering for 1 GW of module manufacturing; they highlight the dynamism of existing players in Europe.
